We accept traditional Medicare for medically necessary physical therapy. Services provided in our outpatient setting. Session frequency and duration are based on your individual needs and plan of care.
Self-Pay Services (Concierge & Wellness)
We offer private, one-on-one care for individuals seeking personalized treatment outside of insurance, including in-home visits and wellness-based services. These services are not billed to insurance. Initial evaluation (60 - 75 minutes). Follow-Up Sessions (45-60 minutes). Rates vary based on service type and location.
